Online Application Form
The NUST application form must be filled out online through the official admissions portal.
Required Information:
- Personal details (name, CNIC/B-form, contact information)
- Academic history (matriculation and intermediate details)
- Program preferences (up to 3 choices)
- Extracurricular activities and achievements
Document Upload Requirements
Ensure all documents are clear, scanned copies in PDF or JPG format:
- Recent passport-sized photograph
- Scanned copy of CNIC/B-form
- Matriculation certificate and mark sheet
- Intermediate certificate and mark sheet (or result card if result awaited)
- Domicile certificate
- Foreign qualification equivalence certificate (if applicable)
Submission Checklist
